eVita Premium Studio apartments are reconstructed in July 2018. It is ground floor house with 4 modern, fully equipped studios for 2. The beach is only 4 minutes walk through the woods and the center of Fažana is 10 minutes walk. Restaurant is 3 minutes walk and bus station is across the street. Come and enjoy this premium studio apartments for 2 :) In the yard there is barbecue for shared use and laundry room for washing and ironing with 2 washing machines, iron with ironing table, washing liquids, fire extinguisher. Inside can be parked 4 cars, each apartment has its own parking place. Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-out is until 10:00. We come to meet our guests at the apartment for check-in and would be grateful if guests could tell/write us the approximate time of arrival. Sojourn taxes, VAT, clening fee, parking, WI-FI, Netflix, Air conditioning, lienen are included in price. To confirm the reservation you will make the advance payment of 200 Eur. The rest will be paid on the first day of arrival.

Great WI-FI and big screen Android TV with variety of programs from Internet or satelite TV and free Netflix service. Each apartment has a make-up table and chair, but it can be used as a work desk. The bathrooms are equipped with floor mats, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and First aid box.
